I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this: On one of our PolicyStat sites, with certain workflows, the sign off person was changed. One day the CEO started getting notifications to sign off on policies for a committee, which they’ve never done before. Of the few site admins we have, none of them made this change, and PolicyStat has no way of tracking how this change was made. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

We have begun rolling out logging to some of the adminpages over the past monthand will be adding thisto the approval workflow pages soon. We are targetingto have this in placethis year.
